About Attorney Edward Doskey

Edward A. Doskey’s practice is dedicated to representing the injured and disabled in workers’ compensation cases, long-term disability (LTD) insurance denials, ERISA, personal injury and wrongful death. Edward graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Florida, with honors, in 1993, and he received his juris doctor from the Boston College School of Law in 1997. Before joining this law firm, Edward was a partner at Matusek, McKnight, Poluse, Cangro and Doskey, P.A., in St. Petersburg, Florida where he did workers’ compensation insurance defense and claimants’ litigation and began his own Social Security claimants practice. Edward then practiced as a partner with the Kimsey Law Group in Tampa, Florida where he litigated and tried cases for plaintiffs and  in the areas of personal injury, long term disability, ERISA, and Social Security disability.
